Our faithful go-anywhere “Troopie” is top dog of the outback, and a perfect moniker for this wine. It wafts of macerated Cherry and campfire toast. A rush of berry, Choc mint, cloves and cedary, smoked Bacon. Robust fruit with supple tannin makes for a moreish mouthful.
