Delivery Changes
Major shipping delays in both private and public sectors! (Auspost). Very unreliable no matter which company we go with. We would love to give you any kind of reassurance but we can’t. The main area of concern is Sydney. We have had experiences of our cases of wine being delivered within the week or not even within the month. If you would like to pay roughly $70 extra for Auspost ‘express’ shipping please ring the shop and that can be organised.
Shipping is free on orders of wine, beer and cider over $200 for customers living in a major towns/cities as far north as The Gold Coast and as far south as Melbourne.
The Berry Bottle Shop only delivers within Australia.
Returns and refunds
The Berry Bottle Shop cannot exchange or refund goods. If necessary please ring Justin for any special inquiries.
